What the price covers
What is included in the price: -Participation of the crew on a yacht with white sails (without gennaker), accommodation in a cabin for two, a set of bed linen and a towel; -Organization of the event, the work of the referee-training brigade with the referee and 2 regatta instructors, the organization of 2 coastal programs, cinema evenings on sails; -Lectures on theory in the morning, support and training by instructors during the races, when mooring, training analysis of each racing day, the possibility of training consultations with instructors from morning to evening; -Photo and video shooting of the regatta; - Regatta attributes, flags, medals and cups for awards. Additional expenses: -2 dinners in restaurants with the entire fleet - 100 €; -Airplane ticket, transfer, visa, medical insurance; -Fuel, final cleaning, mooring outside the home marina, food (depending on the appetite of the team) - about 170 € / person. -Refundable deposit for the yacht 370 € / person, the deposit is returned back after the regatta, provided that the yacht was not damaged, the equipment and inventory are intact and not sunk, etc.

Training in the marina Training on the water and training race in the water area near Ortakent until 16:30 Lunch on the boat and swimming, then transfer to the comfortable marina of Turgutreis. 12 miles total + race Analysis of the race and mistakes In the evening OPENING-PARTY, dinner with the whole fleet in a restaurant, rewarding the winners of the race, evening program.

Morning theory A race in the water area between the cities of Turgutreis and Yalikavak until 15:30 Then lunch on the boat and swimming, then transfer to a comfortable marina in Yalikavak. 9 miles + race Analysis of the race and mistakes, awarding at the end of the day Dinner for the teams, and a movie

Morning theory 1-2 races in an interesting water area near Yalikavak until 15:00 Then lunch on the boat and swimming, then return to the comfortable marina of Yalikavak Analysis of the races and mistakes, awarding at the end of the day Dinner for the teams, followed by the game “Who? Where? When?" in a special yacht format.

Free day in the city of Yalikavak. Going out to sea, swimming, SUP competitions, etc. An excursion to Ephesus - it is the largest and best-preserved ancient city in the world. Ephesus is famous all over the world thanks to the Temple of Artemida - one of the seven wonders of the world. The excursion is for an additional fee. Dinner for teams. A guitar party -bring your own guitar!

Morning theory 1-2 races in the water area near the town of Gumusluk until 15:00 Then lunch on the boat and swimming, then transfer to the comfortable marina of Turgutreis, 9 miles + race Analysis of the races and mistakes, awarding at the end of the day Dinner for the teams, a movie or a guitar party

Morning theory 1 race in the water area of Turgutreis-Bodrum until 14:30, 12 miles + race Then lunch on the boat and swimming, then return to the comfortable marina of Bodrum by 17:00 Analysis of the race and mistakes In the evening, SAILING-PARTY, dinner with the whole fleet in a restaurant, rewarding at the end of the day and the entire regatta, evening program The crews can prepare a performance of the team. Each team that submits their performance will receive a deduction of one point from the total race score. Presentation of gifts from partners of the regatta.

Yes, of course. There will be an experienced skipper and team members on the yacht. They will give you a role and teach you everything you need to know to be a useful team member and feel comfortable.
Yes, all team members will definitely try themselves in different roles to better understand each other. Standing at the helm is an integral part of training for beginners as well as setting sails, and helping the team during moorings.
As a rule, participants in the regatta live on the yacht. The boat has everything you need for a comfortable stay: nice beds, a kitchen, a shower with toilet. If you do not want to live on a yacht, then you can arrange to stay at the hotel onshore.
The crew decides altogether what kind of food they prefer to eat and makes necessary purchases. Simple dishes can be cooked, usually taking turns. Some regattas offer daily meals and intensive evening program for all crews.
We can make an invitation for a visa, but you need to apply for a visa by yourself.
Most people tolerate some seasickness easily. If you feel that you are starting to feel sick, it is best to get at the steering wheel or tune the sails. Get yourself busy, show your body that you don’t have time to get sick, you have to fight for victory in the race. There are also many quite effective medicines from sickness. If you start taking them in advance, then the probability of seasickness is almost zero.
Before each trip, we organize an online meeting where participants get to know each other and the captain. The captain will answer all your questions. The crew will have a group chat so you can get to know each other before the start of the regatta. Then you will meet in the marina.
The main rule is to dress comfortably and according to the weather.
Clothing:
- windbreaker and pants or shorts;
- shirt/jacket with UV protection (thermal underwear and fleece);
- adjustable hat/cap;
- gloves.
We recommend to purchase a long-sleeved jacket with UV protection in order to protect yourself from the sun and strong wind.
Yachting shoes should be:
- light, with non-slip white outsole;
- with the fixed heel;
- with a tightly closed nose.
During the sailing without shoes, you can fall or injure your fingers and feet on the deck. There are many protruding parts on the boat that are easy to catch. Unfortunately, even experienced sailors are not protected from unpleasant injuries when they ignore this simple rule.
