This is a completely new yachting format, where your skippers will be not only experienced instructors but also active sportsmen, multiple prize winners of international regattas.

A professional trainer - a nutritionist who will help you will maximize your skills and significantly improve your strength, endurance, coordination, and acquire proper nutrition habits.

No diets and monotonous workouts! A week of sports quest on water and on land is here for you. By the end of this week, you will not imagine a morning without a brisk run on the beach, a functional workout in the afternoon, and stretching at sunset.


7 days on a yacht accompanied by experienced instructors. Basics of yacht steering and sail setting. Training during sea crossings


20 hours of exciting training. Fitness classes on the seashore and on the water. Individual menus of tasty and healthy food.


The optimal combination for “rebooting” body and soul is a full-fledged comprehensive program: fitness + nutrition (with individual professional recommendations) + psychological training (to motivate and overcome food addiction) + breathing and meditation practices (to relieve stress and raise vital energy).
