Caribbean is the dream of all yachtsmen. If you live on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, you are attracted by the possibility of really exciting yachting in winter: many coral islands, very warm water with a temperature of +26, long sandy beaches and interesting pirate history with the Caribbean rum and treasures.
from €890 / 8 days / 1pers.
Getting together at the Le Marin marina in Martinique, meeting the crew and boarding the catamaran, purchasing food, briefing, a welcome-party.
Sailing 25 miles to St.Lucia Island and anchoring at the famous Rodney Bay.
The main attractions of the island of Saint Lucia are two volcanic peaks“Pitons”, which rise from the Caribbean Sea in the south-west of the island. By the way, these peaks are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Some members of our crew will go on trekking to the tops of these mountains. Will you join?
Sailing 35 miles to St.Vincent Island where 90% of the scenes from the “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie were shot. The filming set is still there, and anyone can climb the walls of the old forts and drink rum straight from the oak barrel. The remaining crew members can engage in cultural and financial exchanges with the local population in the island's capital, Kingstown.
Sailing 35 miles to the famous Tobago Cays. Five uninhabited islands of your dreams: turquoise lagoons, white sand, huge sea turtles that you can come close to and make an excellent underwater selfie with. We’ll anchor here and enjoy the breathtaking beauty of this pearl of the Caribbean islands.
There won’t be a long voyage, we will just sail to another lagoon to swim, sunbathe, dance and drink Caribbean rum. You can ride a SUP-surf board or a kite. By the way, there will be a set of kiting equipment on board our large catamaran, so if you have an IKO certificate, you can really have fun with it.
An extra day in case of bad weather. If the weather is nice, we’ll spend it on Tobago Cays.
We will start our voyage back: on the way we’ll enjoy beautiful landscapes. And do not forget about fishing. We will try to catch some tuna, then make the freshest sashimi or steaks. Or maybe we are lucky, and we can catch the real blue marlin. Finally, we will come back to our base in Le Marin Bay in the south of the island of Martinique.
Full of amazing memories, saturated with sea salt and having a beautiful tan, we will leave the catamaran to meet again in a new place somewhere on this planet.
We are setting on a trip to the Caribbean. On board of our large Lagoon 52F catamaran, we will slowly sail through the southern part of the Lesser Antilles (Caribbean) Islands. We’ll anchor at the beautiful Tobago Cays coral reefs, and explore the mountain rainforests on St. Lucia Island. Our journey will be filled with adventure, and every day will seem like a lifetime.
