Matrёshka Sailing Trophy 2020
Matreshka Sailing Trophy is a Russian amateur sailing regatta combining competition, traveling, and informal friendly fellowship. You can participate even if you don't have any sailing experience.
Participants in the regatta are successful, active and open people from all over Russia that work in various sectors of the economy.
What is in the regatta for the participants:
— Yachting experience and participation in sailing races;
— Those who wish, can in the future learn to manage a sailing yacht and get a skipper license;
— Getting to know new countries, looking at them «from the water»;
— Getting to know the yachting lifestyle;
— An expansion of the circle of contacts, both friendly and business.
Foodies will not be disappointed: ancient and refined Majorcan cuisine will satisfy both meat lovers and seafood lovers. It also includes lots of vegetables grown on local plantations and olive oil. And, of course, the legendary paella and wine from local wineries!
The Matryoshka Sailing Trophy 2020 regatta fleet consists of 2 divisions of 7 boats of 41 (3-cabin) and 46 (4-cabin) feet.

Location
The regatta will take place around the Elba Islands. It will start and finish on the Italian coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea in Scarlino marina. Scarlino is the closest marina to the island of Elba, where many yachts are based. It is fairly easy and convenient to get to Scarlino from Rome.
