International yacht training

Our training takes place on the internationally recognized system of IYT - International Yacht Training. IYT is a certification system approved by the world's leading regulatory authorities: MCA, USCG, PADI. International Yacht Training sets high standards in professional and recreational maritime training and is one of the world's leading certification systems.

We invite you to take the International Bareboat Skipper IYT course. The course lasts two weeks. After passing it and successfully passing the exams, you will receive two licenses:

- IYT Bareboat Skipper license, which gives the right to operate sailing-motor yachts and catamarans up to 78 feet (24 meters) in length, offshore within 20 nautical miles, independently. This license is accepted by most charter companies around the world.

- License VHF-SRC Marine Communication Master, which is a testament to your ability to competently handle a VHF radio station. This certificate is one of the prerequisites for renting yachts and catamarans in many charter companies.

During the course you will master

• yacht control under the motor in conditions of limited space for maneuvering and open water;
• mooring of the yacht with stern and log;
• acceptance / delivery of the yacht;
• preparing the yacht for the transition;
• safety team briefing;
• work with paper / electronic cards and a location;
• sea lights, signs and sound signals;
• International Ship Collision Warning Rules;
• transition planning;
• determination of position;
• anchoring the yacht;
• marine nodes;
• work with running and standing rigging;
• work with sails;
• sailing;
• basics of metrology;
• reading and applying weather forecasts from various sources;
• work with a VHF radio station;
• emergency signaling via VHF radio station;
• use of pyrotechnics in emergency situations;
• salvation of man from the water;
• organization of proper life on a yacht.

Each of us has an established circle of interests and hobbies. But each sailing trip perfectly complements, and sometimes crowds out, what surrounds a person in ordinary life.
