7-day practical course BAREBOAT SKIPPER IYT on the yacht GAGARIN!

Get real practical experience with instructor Alexei Moskvin as part of the Bareboat Skipper IYT Practical Course at the Yachting School 100CAPTAINS and get a skipper license!

Practice starts and ends in Valencia (Spain). A great chance to get trained and get a skipper license.

The total number of nautical miles traveled during the event is 150.

The practical course includes the acquisition of skills and knowledge:

• day and night boat management;
• organization of relationships in the crew; preparation for going to sea, verification of basic safety systems and means (safety briefing);
• gaining experience of night transitions;
• obtaining and practical analysis of weather forecasts, transition planning, taking into account the information received;
• salvation on the water;
• storming technique;
• mooring to the berth with lag, bow and stern; approach and mooring in unfamiliar harbors, "wild" parking; anchoring.
