Athens

You should definitely go to the Acropolis, enjoy the changing of the guard at the Parliament, wander around the souvenir shops on Monastiraki Square and find one of the cozy coffee houses with Greek coffee and imagine Aristotle next to it.

Aegina

The main attraction of the island is the Temple of Aphaia, one of the three greatest temples of Ancient Greece. And the ancient myth says that the first inhabitants of the island of Aegina were ants, turned into people by Zeus. Hardworking ants have turned the island into a pistachio capital 🙂 The pistachios here are magical!

Methana

Always warm thermal waters due to an active volcano, which you should climb. The landscape of solidified volcanic lava is truly beautiful, the ideal Yoga embankment and very close to the uninhabited island Moni, where tame deer and peacocks live! Take some bread with you and you are guaranteed a beautiful photo!

Poros.

The island of a thousand yachts! Due to the convenient strait, you will always meet thousands of yachtsmen from all over the world on Poros. A real chapel with battle and a beautiful church on the mountain overlooking both west and east! There are also nightclubs and billiards. Ruins of the fort of Russian sailors, beautiful beaches, bicycles for rent.

Hydra

The island that gave the Greeks the most Admirals during the War of Independence. Even now, the harbor is a real Fortress bristling with cannons. Any mechanical means of transportation are prohibited on Hydra! Therefore, donkeys carry everything here 🙂 On this island there is Mount Eros, and on the way to it there is a Monastery, where you can treat yourself to Turkish delight made by the monks.

Epidavros

Orange gardens. An ancient city that went underwater during a volcanic eruption (you can dive with a depth of 2-4 m.), an Amphitheater - the same age as the Roman Coliseum or even older, a secret tavern in an orange garden and just the most picturesque of the Peloponnese towns!

Moni

The real gem of this route is the uninhabited reserve island inhabited by deer and peacocks. They are handheld and happy to eat from your hands, prepare rolls (for peacocks) and apples (for deer). Take out your photographic equipment. And there are also magical beaches on the island!
