TECHNO REGATTA 100 CAPTAINS is not only a competitive regatta but also networking and fellowship with successful people. Join us!
This is the best professional regatta for beginners and experienced yachtsmen where everyone contributes and reaps benefits. Sailing races and a full coastal program will allow participants receive insights from communication, adrenaline of competitions, new projects and acquaintances, and the joy of victory!
We invite only those people whom we trust. Those who have established themselves in the professional and personal fields and who are open to cooperation, friendship, joint projects, and mutual assistance. People whose schedule does not allow to meet them in Moscow will be available at the regatta 24 hours a day. You can have breakfast together, race, sing songs with a guitar, scrub the deck, jump on a podium, talk about life and more.
We get together to have fun and become faster and stronger. We spend every minute to good use. We set sails and develop neural connections and muscles. We talk and we increase cognitive abilities. We sing songs and we improve blood circulation. We talk and we give birth to new ideas. We agree and we give start to new projects.

Arrival in Split Transfer from the airport to the yacht base in Kastela marina Registration of participants in the marina Meeting the skipper and crew Getting settled on the yachts Safety instructions Grocery shopping Get-to-know-you evening After arriving in the Croatian city of Split, you will have the opportunity to prepare for the regatta — to buy food, prepare a yacht, get to know the crew. The very first evening at the Techno regatta will be memorable and interesting.
- Sunday
Going out to sea (training races) Going to the island of Šolta Mooring in the marina Restaurant opening party Today you will sail to the island of Šolta, near Split. Šolta is famous for its picturesque bays and untouched nature. At the opening party, you will have a great time with friends and future rivals.

Going to Rogoznica Mooring in the Frapa marina Hanging out on yachts The first competitive day of the regatta will fill you with excitement and desire for victory. In the evening, you can chat with new friends and make useful contacts.
- Tuesday
Going to Skradin. On the way, we will get oysters from oyster farms Mooring at ACI Marina Skradin Hanging out on yachts If you like oysters, then today’s crossing is for you! You will see how oysters grow on oyster farms and will taste freshly caught delicacies.
- Wednesday
Free time. Excursion to the Krka National Park. Sailing to Sibenik Mooring in the marina Hanging out on yachts Cinema in the marina Krka National Park is one of the most picturesque places in Croatia. It is famous for its seven waterfalls.
- Thursday
A race towards Trogir Sailing to Trogir Mooring in the marina Hanging out on yachts The competitive race from Sibenik to Trogir will not leave anyone indifferent. You have already spent several days at sea and know exactly what it takes to succeed in the regatta.

Sailing to Kastela Mooring in the marina Regatta closing party At the closing of the regatta, you always have mixed feelings. On the one hand, you went through the regatta to the end, worked on teamwork and developed yacht management skills. On the other hand, I don’t want to leave. But you will think about it tomorrow. And today just enjoy the evening in the company of wonderful people!

Leaving the yachts Airport transfer The regatta is over, but we do not say goodbye and hope to see you again, because, for those who are in love with yachting, the end of one regatta is the time to plan the next.
Location
The regatta route runs along the beautiful Adriatic coast. Every day there will be a crossing and overnight stay in a new marina. The regatta starts and ends at Kastela Marina in Split. You will also visit wonderful Croatian cities — Trogir, Sibenik, Solta island, Skradin, Rogoznica. The regatta combines competition with relaxation and fellowship.

Yes, of course. There will be an experienced skipper and team members on the yacht. They will give you a role and teach you everything you need to know to be a useful team member and feel comfortable.
Yes, all team members will definitely try themselves in different roles to better understand each other. Standing at the helm is an integral part of training for beginners as well as setting sails, and helping the team during moorings.
As a rule, participants in the regatta live on the yacht. The boat has everything you need for a comfortable stay: nice beds, a kitchen, a shower with toilet. If you do not want to live on a yacht, then you can arrange to stay at the hotel onshore.
The crew decides altogether what kind of food they prefer to eat and makes necessary purchases. Simple dishes can be cooked, usually taking turns. Some regattas offer daily meals and intensive evening program for all crews.
We can make an invitation for a visa, but you need to apply for a visa by yourself.
Most people tolerate some seasickness easily. If you feel that you are starting to feel sick, it is best to get at the steering wheel or tune the sails. Get yourself busy, show your body that you don’t have time to get sick, you have to fight for victory in the race. There are also many quite effective medicines from sickness. If you start taking them in advance, then the probability of seasickness is almost zero.
Before each trip, we organize an online meeting where participants get to know each other and the captain. The captain will answer all your questions. The crew will have a group chat so you can get to know each other before the start of the regatta. Then you will meet in the marina.
The main rule is to dress comfortably and according to the weather.
Clothing:
- windbreaker and pants or shorts;
- shirt/jacket with UV protection (thermal underwear and fleece);
- adjustable hat/cap;
- gloves.
We recommend to purchase a long-sleeved jacket with UV protection in order to protect yourself from the sun and strong wind.
Yachting shoes should be:
- light, with non-slip white outsole;
- with the fixed heel;
- with a tightly closed nose.
During the sailing without shoes, you can fall or injure your fingers and feet on the deck. There are many protruding parts on the boat that are easy to catch. Unfortunately, even experienced sailors are not protected from unpleasant injuries when they ignore this simple rule.
