About the course:
The safety course was created on the basis of the ISAF Model Training Course for Offshore Individual Safety on the High Seas (ISAF Model Training Course Offshore Personal Survival), ISAF Special Rules for the High Seas (ISAF OFFSHORE SPECIAL REGULATIONS), using the international conventions SOLAS and ППМНВ ( STCW), International Life-Saving Appliance / LSA / Code, International Aviation and Marine Search and Rescue Manual (IAMSAR / International Aeronautical and Maritime Search and Rescue / manual).
For whom
The course is needed for those who participate in offshore races such as Rolex Middle Sea Race, Fastnet Race, Monaco - Montecarlo, Rolex Sidney Hobart Race and other 600 mile regattas, as well as for those who like to go on long trips to the open sea and dream of passing the ocean! And just for those who care about their safety.
When and where
The course takes place on weekends on Saturday and Sunday and takes all day.
On Saturday, a whole day of theoretical studies and acquaintance with saved equipment. Classes are held from 10 am to 5 pm.
On Sunday, putting knowledge into practice. Pool and fire station. Classes will be held at the Makarov Academy. Also writing an exam.
