As part of the Yachtmaster Coastal IYT course, you will hone your skills/practice:
Yacht handling when the wind increases.
Navigation in the dark.
All types of mooring.
Water rescue procedures.
Storming techniques.
Those who successfully pass the exam will receive an IYT certificate. The IYT Worldwide Yachtmaster Coastal certificate is a recreational certificate of competency for command of sailing and/or power vessels up to 24 metres in length up to 60 nm offshore.
The cost of the certificate is 200 euros, which is paid additionally.
