About the event
In autumn, we will go on a sailing trip to the Aeolian Islands. We will swim in the warm sea, walk through Italian cities, climb an active volcano and taste Sicilian cuisine.
You don’t need any yachting experience to participate in the trip — our experienced captain will be with you to help you with everything.
The start and finish is at Capo d’Orlando Marina in Sicily.

What the price covers
What is included in the price: - A place on the yacht (accommodation in a double cabin) - Bed linen and towel - The work of a professional skipper - Learning the basics of sailing - A boat with a motor (dinghy) - A fresh issue of the "Sila Vetra" magazine Additional expenses: - Airplane tickets - Schengen visa - The road to the marina - Sightseeing, activities on the shore, if they are not in the program - Meals, mooring in marinas, fuel (divided by the whole team and will be approximately 200 € per person)
Itinerary
- Saturday
We will start our vacations in Sicily, in the Capo d'Orlando Marina. From there we will go to Vulcano - the largest volcanic island in the area. There you can climb a volcano and feel the warmth under your feet emanating from the ground in the crater.
- Sunday
The next stop is the island of Lipari, where the town of the same name is located. The island is home to many cats.
- Monday
On the third day of our vacation, Salina is waiting for us - a small island with vineyards, local wineries, and a small village.
- Tuesday
Further along the route is the island of Stromboli. Here we will climb an active volcano, which is erupting with lava right in front of travelers. This trekking is supervised by a local experienced guide and is safe for tourists.
- Wednesday
The next day we will go to Panarea, a tiny little Greek-style island. The island is famous for the wreckage of ships that sank next to it.
On the last day of the journey, we will return back to our home marina.
