    Day 1, Saturday - After 16:00 we’ll check in on a yacht in the San Miguel marina, buy some food, get to know each other, and have dinner. I will tell a little about myself and have a talk on the topic "How to do the impossible. Everything that you wanted to know about motivation, but were embarrassed to ask."

    Day 2, Sunday - In the morning we’ll have a 3-8 km run (depending on the physical preparation level of the group), and some stretching exercises. After that, we’ll have a safety briefing, and will set out to the sea. We’ll sail for 3-4 hours, then we’ll stop for swimming and having lunch on a yacht. After lunch, we’ll sail to Las Galletas marina.

    Day 3, Monday - A fascinating sailing trip to the neighboring island of La Gomera. The sailing time is 5 hours. Upon arrival at La Gomera, we’ll have dinner in one of the cozy restaurants near the port. During sailing we’ll catch some ocean tuna and blue marlin, watch whales, dolphins and sea turtles. In the evening, there will be a class on willpower, and how to train it in just a minute.

    Day 4, Tuesday - Full day on the island. We’ll have a jogging tour - do some jogging, look at interesting places, take pictures.

    Day 5, Wednesday - Morning functional training. Then we’ll sail to the island of Tenerife to the rocks of Los Gigantes for about 4 hours. Cliffs of Los Gigantes is a trade mark of the island of Tenerife together with the Teide volcano. If the weather permits, we will anchor and swim in the clear waters of the Atlantic.

    Day 6, Thursday - Hiking in the famous Mask Gorge. This is the most beautiful and interesting hiking route in Tenerife, it is definitely worth a visit. Tracking takes about 4-5 hours. In the evening, there will be a class “Kill or run: dealing with stress in stressful situations” about stress and how to benefit from it.

    Day 7, Friday - Jogging or stretching. Boat trip along the south coast of Tenerife to San Miguel marina. On the way we’ll swim, fish and plan a trip to the Teide volcano, which is almost 4 kilometers high. In the evening, there will be a class on fear: "How to use fear to your advantage."

    Day 8, Saturday - In the morning we’ll leave the yacht and go to the Teide volcano. Teide is the highest point of the Canary Islands. There is snow there even in summer, and you might get dizzy because of how high it is. It is definitely a must visit.

We will visit the islands of Tenerife and La Gomera, and see all the most interesting sights on these islands.
