Sochi SUNday Race - a weekend regatta , held on Sunday. Designed for both beginners and experienced yachtsmen.

Regattas take place on modern GP26 racing yachts. They are great for those who are taking their first steps in sailing, but at the same time will be interesting to experienced yachtsmen, as they have good speed characteristics. What is important for beginners, the GP26 is a keel yacht, which means that it is impossible to roll over on it.

Regattas are held in Sochi at the Imeretinsky yacht port . The location of the marina is unique - within walking distance from the Olympic Park, a ten-minute drive from the airport and railway station and half an hour from Krasnaya Polyana.

It is enough to take sports clothes that do not constrain movement - you can change clothes on the spot. We recommend that you watch the weather forecast in advance - as a rule, it’s a bit cooler on the water and you should dress warmer. Shoes should be comfortable, athletic and, of course, no heels. If it is very hot outside - we recommend taking sunblock, a cap and sunglasses.
