This course is for beginners and those who would like to become active crew members rather than just passengers.
This course is designed to provide training and practice for the ISSA Inshore Skipper certification.
The course introduces the absolute beginner to sailing a cruising yacht. At the end of the 5 days, you will have become a competent (and confident) member of the crew.
On each cruise, you will have your own skipper and cook, and you won’t have to think about what to cook today and how to moor the yacht. You will just enjoy your vacation and be recharged for the rest of the year!
You will be able to master the skills of sailing; learn to feel the boat, approach and leave the pier, learn about the safety measures on the water and much more.
The certificated confirms the skills sufficient to sail the yacht in light and dark hours at a distance from a sheltered port up to 100 sea miles.
The yacht departs from Port Andratx around 10am. The itinerary is discussed individually with the skipper
