Having received the International Bareboat Skipper Certificate, you can independently charter a yacht on a charter and operate it in the waters of any country.
To gain this certificate the candidate must do the IYT International Crew & Flotilla/Bareboat Skipper Sail course

This course is great for groups of friends or like-minded people to get together for a few days of fun sailing while learning skills to better help as crew onboard.
Traveling around the nearest islands will be enjoyable for anyone. You can head to the popular Rhodes or the northern less touristy islands of Kalymnos and Leros.
In three hours of training, you will learn the basic techniques of managing a yacht, learn some of the specifics of working with a yacht, a helm, sails.
Theoretical lessons are conducted in our classrooms in St. Petersburg, as well as with instructors from partner schools. Students who have successfully passed the theoretical part can have practical training with our partners.
